The European Joint Doctorate Program in Simulation in multiscale physical and biological systems (STIMULATE) is accepting applications for the academic year 2018-2019.
STIMULATE offers 15 PhD Marie-Sklodwska Curie fellowships for cross-disciplinary research in Lattice QCD, Computational Biology, Computational Fluid Dynamics and Mathematical Modelling and Algorithms.
Applications are welcome from candidates worldwide with relevant scientific background and a keen interest in simulation and data science. A Master's degree or being in the final year of a Master's degree program is compulsory for applying. The selected fellows will be admitted at three European institutions of the STIMULATE consortium receiving a joint triple PhD degree upon successful completion of their program of studies.
The fellowships include an attractive remuneration package (about 4000 euro/month), including salary, mobility and family allowances.
Deadline for applications: 28th of February 2018
Expected starting date: September 2018

Το Ευρωπαϊκό πρόγραμμα Κοινών Διδακτορικών: Simulation in multiscale physical and biological systems (STIMULATE) δέχεται αιτήσεις για το ακαδημαϊκό έτος 2018-2019.
Το STIMULATE προσφέρει 15 Ph.D. Marie-Sklodwska Curie στα πεδία: Κβαντική Χρωμοδυναμική στο πλέγμα, Υπολογιστική Ρευστοδυναμική, Υπολογιστική Βιολογία και Μαθηματική Μοντελοποίηση και Αλγόριθμοι. Οι υποψήφιοι που θα επιλεγούν θα γίνουν δεκτοί σε τρία ευρωπαϊκά ιδρύματα της κοινοπραξίας STIMULATE και θα λάβουν ένα κοινό διδακτορικό πτυχίο μετά την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος σπουδών τους.
Γίνονται δεκτές αιτήσεις από υποψήφιους από όλο τον κόσμο με επιστημονικό υπόβαθρο και ενδιαφέρον στην προσομοίωση και στην επιστήμη δεδομένων. Οι υποψήφιοι πρέπει να είναι κάτοχοι Μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου ή να βρίσκονται στο τελευταίο έτος του μεταπτυχιακού τους προγράμματος.
Οι υποτροφίες περιλαμβάνουν ελκυστικό πακέτο αποδοχών, καθώς και επίδομα κινητικότητας και οικογενειακό επίδομα.
